Kendi ürettiğimiz ürünleri satıyoruz. 

Ürünlerimiz, yılların bilgi birikimi ile seçilmiş ve geliştirilmiştir. Egger, Hettich, Häfele ve daha birçok tanınmış üreticinin yüksek kaliteli malzemelerini kullanıyoruz. Özellikle FSC sertifikalı sac malzeme kullanımına da dikkat ediyoruz. Müşterilerimizin yüksek taleplerini karşılayabilmek için eğitimli uzman kadromuza ve kalite anlayışımıza güveniyoruz. 

Kalite 

Şüphesiz ki ürünlerimizin kalite standartlarını karşılaması bir zorunluluktur ve bunu sağlamak bizim en önemli görevimizdir. TÜV Thüringen ile birlikte ürünlerimizin birçoğu zorlu bir şekilde test edilir ve test edilmiş güvenlik için GS mührü ile onaylanır. Ürünlerimizin dayanıklılığına ve uzun ömürlü olmasına büyük önem veriyoruz ve bu nedenle birçok ürün için 10 yıla kadar üretici garantisi sunuyoruz. Ürünlerimize güvenimiz tam! 

Hizmetlerimiz 

Uzman müşteri hizmetleri ekibimiz hemen hemen günün her saati hizmetinizdedir ve ürünler, teslimat, koşullar, ödeme ve şikayetler ile ilgili tüm sorularınızı yanıtlamaktadırlar. İstek üzerine ürün numunesi veya fotoğrafları gönderilmektedir. Kamu çalışanlarına veya mimarlara da - örneğin ihale metinleri konusunda - tavsiyelerde bulunulmaktadır. 

Teslimat 

Ürünlerimiz tek kullanımlık paletlerle iyi bir şekilde paketlenmiştir. Küçük miktarlar söz konusu olduğunda, nakliye ücreti talep etme hakkımız saklıdır. İstek üzerine, kullanım yerinde ücretsiz teslimat veya kısmen monte edilmiş mobilyalar için montaj hizmeti de sunmaktayız.

Own production in Germany 

Our products have been selected and further developed with a lot of know-how over the years. We only use high-quality materials from experienced and well-known manufacturers such as Egger, Hettich, Häfele and many more. We also pay attention to the use of FSC- certified holz material. Our trained specialist staff ensures that the quality always meets the high demands of our customers. 

Quality 

It goes without saying that our products must meet quality standards. Together with the TÜV Thüringen, most of our products are tested in a demanding manner and certified with the GS seal for tested safety. We attach great importance to the durability and longevity of our products and therefore offer a manufacturer’s guarantee of up to 10 years for many products. We have confidence in our products! 

Service 

Our customer service team is available for you almost around the clock and will help with all questions on the subject areas – product consulting - delivery - conditions - payment - complaints. Requests for samples and images are possible on request. We also give consulting to contracting authorities or architects - for example on the subject of tenders. 

Delivery 

Delivery is kerbside, well packed on disposable pallets. In the case of small quantities, we reserve the right to charge a freight surcharge. This might change depending on the country of the delivery. On request, we are also happy to offer delivery to the place of use or, in the case of partially assembled furniture, with an assembly service.
